Direct contradiction in article
[edit]The upper section says the Willys 77, at $500, was the cheapest car on the american market when it debuted. The lower section about its use in drag racing says it was "neither cheap nor plentiful". What's up with this? The same "neither cheap nor plentiful" is echoed on many other pages that mention the 77. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Smellsofbikes (talk • contribs) 20:38, 6 June 2017 (UTC)
- It's conceivable both are true. Most of the drag cars are probably used, & an uncommon car in the used market will likely cost more than the more available (frex) Model A. That said, clarification would be worthwhile. TREKphiler any time you're ready, Uhura 00:55, 7 June 2017 (UTC)
